No Physical Products

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once you delete your account, all your data including bills, receipts, preferences, and subscription information will be permanently removed from our systems. Please ensure you have exported any important data before proceeding.

Account Deletion Process

Cancel Subscription
If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Initiate Deletion
You can initiate account deletion through our app, website, or by contacting our support team. We'll ask you to confirm your identity.
Grace Period
After initiating deletion, you'll receive a confirmation email. Your account enters a 14-day grace period where you can cancel the deletion request.
Permanent Deletion
After the grace period, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our active systems.
Processing Time
Complete data deletion from all our systems may take up to 30 days from the date of your deletion request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

You can delete your Bill Rakho account through several methods:

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I temporarily deactivate instead of deleting?
Yes! You can temporarily deactivate your account from settings. Deactivated accounts can be restored within 6 months.
What happens to my subscription if I delete my account?
Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel it separately before deletion.
How long does complete deletion take?
